TUJUAN RISET :
1. Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap
motivasi kerja.
2. Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dukungan organisasi
terhadap motivasi kerja.
3. Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh
terhadap motivasi kerja.
4. Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap
kinerja karyawan.
5. Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap
kinerja karyawan.

Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah questioner, lalu digunakan juga metode wawancara.
LINGKUP MATERI :
Ruang lingkup penelitian adalah para karyawan PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk se-kota
AKTIVITAS :
Aktivitas yang dilakukan selama mengumpulkan data adalah dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner dan juga melakukan wawancara kepada para karyawan di PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk se-kota
PEMBAHASAN/ANALISIS :
Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa dukungan organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja dapat diterima. Dengan demikian penelitian ini mendukung penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Yoon dan Lim (1999) dan Tatiyani(2004). Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa
