motivasi kerja.

terhadap motivasi kerja.

MASALAH : Faktor individual dan eksternal mempengaruhi kinerja para karyawan pada PT. MIROTA KSM
TUJUAN RISET :
- Mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepuasan kerja karyawan terhadap prestasi kerja
- Mengetahui factor kepuasan kerja yang dominan antara factor individual, hubungan antar karyawan, dan faktor eksternal
